海南省蔬菜生物学重点实验室简介

海南省蔬菜生物学重点实验室(以下简称“实验室”),依托单位为海南省农业科学院蔬菜研究所,2014年获批筹建,2018年通过验收正式获批设立。

实验室职责是根据海南省蔬菜产业发展的需要,对重要蔬菜的起源、分类、遗传、生理生化等生物学特性进行应用基础理论方面的研究,并结合现代生物技术手段,为蔬菜遗传资源利用和遗传育种及高产优质栽培提供科学依据。

实验室人员情况:

实验室研究人员由固定人员和流动人员组成。现有科研人员30人,高级职称18人、中级职称8,包括 3名博士,16名硕士。享受国务院特殊津贴专家 1人,海南省有突出贡献专家1人,海南省领军人才4人,拔尖人1人,其他高层次人才7人。其中,主要学术带头人6人,国外科研人员2人,实验室固定人员27人,培养各类人才21名。固定人员从事专业涉及的学科专业包括作物栽培、作物育种、植物营养、园艺、分子生物学、生物技术等多个专业

主要研究方向:

1)蔬菜的种质资源保存收集、鉴评与利用研究:包括蔬菜种质资源的引进与收集;种质资源繁种、农艺性状的鉴定和入库保存;蔬菜种子的贮藏和深加工技术研究;以现代生物育种技术和常规育种技术相结合创新资源。

2)蔬菜生理生化研究:包括蔬菜逆境生理研究、蔬菜的营养品质分析;蔬菜污染物检测与评价。

3)蔬菜分子生物学研究:包括蔬菜主要经济性状的遗传规律及分子标记研究;重要功能基因克隆与分离和遗传转化研究、蔬菜分子遗传图谱构建;蔬菜转基因技术研究。

4)适合热带特点的蔬菜栽培模式和栽培技术研究:包括开展蔬菜绿色、轻简、高效栽培模式研究;集约化嫁接育苗及保护地设施无土栽培技术研究;蔬菜生产标准化技术体系的研究

5年主要研究成果:

5年,实验室及依托单位承担国家和省级项目43项;发表各类论文合计47篇,其中,SCI论文7篇,中文核心期刊论文28篇;制定地方标准3项;授权专利证书24项。

实验室主任简介:

程锋,男,198211月生,江苏东台人,博士,研究员。现任中国农业科学院蔬菜花卉研究所生物技术室主任,主要从事蔬菜基因组与遗传育种研究。通过基因组和群体测序研究解析了重要蔬菜白菜、甘蓝、辣椒等的演化历史和群体遗传结构,建立了变异组数据集合;在白菜、甘蓝、辣椒和番茄中定位了一批重要性状相关基因,开发了大量功能标记;建立了重要蔬菜基因组和遗传学数据库服务于育种应用工作。研究成果促进了蔬菜基因组和重要农艺性状的解析,以及蔬菜分子设计育种等。

研究成果共发表SCI论文60余篇。以通讯或第一作者在Nat GenetNat PlantsNat CommuniMol PlantPlant CellPNAS等刊物发表36篇,累计影响因子280.599IF>6的文章18篇,SCI他引600余次。参编Springer英文专著两部。第一完成人获软件著作权4项,获国家发明专利3项。研究成果获得省部级科技奖项3项。先后获第15届中国青年科技奖(2019),农业科研杰出人才(2021),第7届农业农村部直属机关“十佳青年”称号(2019),国家优青基金(2017),国家青年拔尖人才(2017),农业部杰出青年农业科学家(2016),科技部中青年科技创新领军人才(2015)。

    

实验室常务副主任简介:

   陈贻诵,男,19754月生,海南文昌人,研究员。现任海南省农业科学院蔬菜研究所所长,国家大宗蔬菜产业技术体系海南综合试验站站长,海南自由贸易港D类人才,海南省青年科技奖获得者。长期从事蔬菜种质资源创新利用、新品种选育及栽培技术研究、科研管理等工作。起草制订地方标准11个,主持选育新品种3个,发表论文25篇,参与出版《茄果类蔬菜病虫害防治原色图谱》等著作,获省部级科技奖13项,其中一等奖5项、二等奖2项、三等奖5项、四等奖1项。

Key Laboratory of Vegetable Biology of Hainan Province

The Key Laboratory of Vegetable Biology of Hainan Province (hereinafter referred to as " the Laboratory") is supported by the Vegetable Research Institute of Hainan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which was approved for establishment in 2014 and formally established in 2018.

The responsibility of the laboratory is to conduct applied basic research on the origin, classification, genetics, physiology and biochemistry of important vegetables according to the needs of the development of vegetable industry in Hainan Province. It also provides scientific basis for the utilization of vegetable genetic resources, genetic breeding, and high yield and quality cultivation by combining modern biological techniques.

Laboratory personnel

Currently, the Laboratory has 30 employees, including 5 professors and 13 associate professors, 4 persons with Ph.D degreeand 16 persons withMA.Sc degree. Among them,1 expert who is entitled to the special allowance of the State Council, 1 expert with outstanding contribution in Hainan Province, 4 leading talents in Hainan Province, 1 top talent, and 7 other high-level talents. Among them, there are 6 main academic leaders, 2 foreign scientific researchers, 27 laboratory fixed personnel, and 21 talents of various types are trained. The fixed staff are engaged in disciplines involving crop cultivation, crop breeding, plant nutrition, horticulture, molecular biology, biotechnology and many other specialties.

Main research directions

(1)Research on the conservation and collection, identification and utilization of germplasm resources of vegetables.Including the introduction and collection of vegetable germplasm resources, germplasm resources breeding, identification and storage of agronomic traits, storage and deep processing technology of vegetable seeds, innovative resources by combining modern biological breeding technology and conventional breeding technology.

(2)Physiology and biochemistry researchon vegetables. Including physiological studies of vegetable adversity, nutritional quality analysis of vegetables, detection and evaluation of vegetable contaminants.

(3)Research on molecular biology of vegetables. Including research on genetic laws and molecular markers of major economic traits of vegetables, cloning and isolation of important functional genes and genetic transformation research, construction of vegetable molecular genetic map, vegetable transgenic technology research.

(4)Research on vegetable cultivation patterns and cultivation techniques suitable for tropical characteristics. Including research on green, light and efficient vegetable cultivation patterns, intensive grafting seedlings and soil-less cultivation techniques in protected facilities, and research on standardized technical systems for vegetable production

Main research results in the past 5 years

In recent years, the Laboratory have undertaken 43 national and provincial projects, published more than 47 scientific research papers, including 7 SCI papers, formulated 3 local standards, authorized 24 patents.In the past 5 years, the laboratory and its supporting units have undertaken 43 national and provincial projects. Published 47 academic papers, including 7 SCI papers and 28 papers in Chinese core journals. Three local standards have been formulated and 24 patent certificates have been authorized.

Profile of the Laboratory Director

Prof. Feng Cheng, male, born in November 1982, Dongtai, Jiangsu Province, PhD. He is currently the Director of Biotechnology Department, Institute of Vegetable and Flower Research, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, mainly engaged in vegetable genome and genetic breeding research. He has resolved the evolutionary history and population genetic structure of important vegetables such as cabbage, kale and pepper through genome and population sequencing studies, and established a variome data set.He also localized a number of important trait-related genes in cabbage, kale, pepper and tomato, and developed a large number of functional markers; established a database of important vegetable genomes and genetics to serve breeding application work. The research results have contributed to the resolution of vegetable genomes and important agronomic traits, as well as to the molecular design of vegetable breeding.

The research results have been published in more than 60 SCI papers. He has published 36 articles as correspondence or first author in Nat Genet, Nat Plants, Nat Communi, Mol Plant, Plant Cell, PNAS, with a cumulative impact factor of 280.599, 18 articles with IF>6, and more than 600 SCI citations. He has co-edited two Springer monographs in English, andhe has been awarded 4 software copyrights and 3 national invention patents by the first completer. His research achievements have won 3 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards. He was awarded the 15th China Youth Science and Technology Award (2019), the Outstanding Talent in Agricultural Research (2021), the 7th "Top Ten Youths" of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (2019), the National Excellent Youth Fund (2017), the National Young Top Talent (2017), the Outstanding Young Agricultural Scientist of the Ministry of Agriculture (2016), and the Young Scientist of the Ministry of Science and Technology (2016). The Ministry of Science and Technology Young and Middle-aged Science and Technology Innovation Leaders (2015).

Profile of the Laboratory Deputy Director

Prof.YisongChen, male, born in April 1975, a native of Wenchang, Hainan. He is currently the director of the Vegetable Research Institute of Hainan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the director of Hainan Comprehensive Experiment Station of National Bulk Vegetable Industry Technology System, the D category talent of Hainan Free Trade Port, and the winner of Hainan Youth Science and Technology Award. He is mainly engaged in the innovative utilization of vegetable germplasm resources, new variety selectionand breeding, cultivation technology research, and scientific research management. He participated in drafting and formulating 11 local standards, presided over the selection and breeding of three new varieties, published 25 scientific research papers, participated in the publication of "Original Color Chart for Pest and Disease Control of Eggplant and Fruit Vegetables", won 13 provincial and ministerial level science and technology awards, including 1 first-class awards, 2 second-class awards, 5 third-class awardsand1fourth-class awards.
